Isaiah 61 verse 1-11 Jesus functioned in the full Apostolic Ministry, he desires for His Apostolic Leaders to follow as the giftings on your life will make way for you.  Identify your giftings and allow the Godhead (God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit), to walk ahead of you.  Follow God in total humility!

During the year 2000, the Founder, Apostle and Senior Pastor Louise Olwagen established the Apostolic Ministry, Africa International Ministries. As the Executive Director, she is actively involved in the five-fold Apostolic Ministry. She has esteemed and established the vision of God to reach Global Governments and Embassies, Nations the Business Sector and Societies throughout the Global Village.

The Founder of Africa International Ministries has served in numerous denominations over more than three decades. The Apostolic Ministry platform has successfully embraced diverse sectors of the population.

Former Parliamentarian  and Political Profile 

The Founder is a former Speaker of the Women’s Parliament and former Parliamentarian of the Interfaith Parliament, presiding over all sittings of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. As an Apostle, and Senior Pastor of the Apostolic Ministry Louise Olwagen is a former politician, Secretary to the Council, and former businesswomen.

Apostolic Execution of Mandate

The Founder, ministers, teaches, equips and empowers all sectors of societies. Whereas fellow Church-Based Organizations are her passion for the Church of Jesus Christ to reach their goal guided by the Holy Spirit to reach their strategic focus within the Churches sphere of influence to transform their communities successfully.

The Apostolic Ministry serves on several regional committees on the National Platform of Churches, networks and various ministry associations. As a Specialist Counselor, she has counselled throughout the Business Sector, National Parliament, Churches, SAPS and Societies.

Implementation of Urban Evangelism

As a strategist, Apostle, Senior Pastor Louise Olwagen successfully established an Urban Evangelism Impact study and implemented an Urban Evangelism program, which enabled all the churches to participate in a counselling program enabling community restoration. 

The Founder is a firm believer that the Church of Christ is not separate or divorced from societies, and should be an integrated entity. By which societies should be corporately influenced. To implement God’s strategic focus for the transformation. The Church of Christ should be a Holy Spirit guided Governing Body. While remaining an imperative institute of hope and reconciliation. The Church of Christ in some instances has neglected their governing duty towards communities.

Whereas the Church of Christ in societies has become irrelevant in their approach towards societies.  For too long the Church of Christ has stood by the wayside while nations are desperate for change. The 21st Century Church has a relevant imperative role to fulfil. “Many Church Leaderships have built their very own empires” And God is taring the walls down!

Evangelist John Olwagen is a retired Mining Engineer who specializes in Risk Assessment, Project Management, Strategic Formulation, Strategic Planning, integrating and implementation of  Corporate Strategies, Strategy Evaluation and Strategic Management. Whereby he further also conducts Internal, External Assessments and Competitive Analysis.

He has served in different congregations and specializes in Church Planting, Church Administration, Preaching, Teaching and the equipping the Church of Christ. 

He has counselled in many spheres of influence in the Business Sector, Drug Rehabilitation and Community Restoration. He entered the Apostolic Ministry flagship of Africa International Ministries more than a decade ago and is married to the Apostolic Ministries Founder.
