We are a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO), and in the process to register our Public Benefit Organization (PBO), (Article 18 A), which has tax exemption benefits, in the Non-Government, Non-Profit Sector. We, therefore, ascribe to sound Corporate Governance and principles. We are reliant on Public Donations, Stakeholders and Partnership Alignments. Any Partner/Donor/Stakeholder who donates is entitled to feedback and progress of projects as well as a Tax Exemption Benefits, (after our PBO is registered for such Tax Exemption Benefits).

As an Apostolic Ministry, we have established a multi-platform with a sound reputation among the SADC Countries in the African Continent, the G8 and G20 countries. In addition to these international structures, we have also established excellent relationships with Faith-Based Organizations, the Public and Private Business Sector. Nevertheless also with the Parliamentarian Structures of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature and National Government in South Africa. Throughout our corporate alignments and associations, we have transformed and impacted many leaders and their communities at large.
